Abstract

Landscape units that make up the basin have attributes that confer susceptibility to different threats. The
objective of this study was to evaluate the vulnerability of Ludueña stream basin (Santa Fe, Argentina) and
its landscape units to hydrics problematics through a multidimensional study procedure. Indicators were
selected five dimensions: Natural Environment, Built Environment, Social, Institutional Political and Economic
Productive and values were defined by the Delphi Method. The survey and subsequent processing of
the vulnerability indicators scored four landscape units and basin. The dimensions most vulnerable were the
Natural Environmental and Economic Productive, and the landscape units, those located in areas with the
worst environmental attributes. Knowledge of possible territorial vulnerabilities with greater precision implementingstrategic management actions related to land use, the management of urban and surrounding
areas, and hydraulic projects construction.
